Try this in under 1 minute:
Think of one decision you’re avoiding.
Write two frames:
Gain → “If I succeed, I’ll…”
Loss → “If I fail, I’ll…”
Notice which sentence changes how you feel.
Frame-switching is invisible. Until you make it conscious.
Once you see it — you get to choose.
